Go Georgia offers a variety of in-person and virtual classes across the state that can be accommodated to all age groups. Our curriculum is for anyone who bikes, walks, rolls, or drives and we provide community outreach through tabling events to promote safer bicycling, walking, and rolling.
These classes can be taught in a classroom setting and may include group demonstrations:
The Smart Cycling curriculum can range from teaching beginner riders to preparing more advanced individuals for becoming LCIs
This 2-hour course on enforcing bike laws for police officers is certified by the Georgia Peace Officer Standards & Training Council, and can be credited towards POST certification. The course covers Georgia Code pertaining to bicycles and pedestrians and will be customized depending on the location of the agency receiving the class so that we may look at local crash data and other relevant statistics.
Email our Safety Education Programs team to a request a class for your department. It may delivered virtually or in-person.
